Brian Critchley, Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor, is a graduate both of the Somerset School of Massage therapy (now Cortiva Institute) in Piscataway, NJ and Princeton University. He completed the 600-hour Professional Track Program as both the academic and practical valedictorian of the June 2004 class. As a massage practitioner, he has experience both with private clients and as a poolside therapist for the Rutgers University Swimming & Diving Team. Whether you are looking to experience the relaxation benefits of massage, or need specific targeted work on problematic muscle tension from repetitive daily stressors, Brian will deliver a massage that is unique to your personal needs. In February 2010, he completed the Yoga Teacher Training Program at Inner Light Yoga Center in North Brunswick and currently teaches beginner and multilevel classes at Onsen for All. Brian is a NJ State certified massage therapist and a member of ABMP (Associated bodywork and Massage Professionals).
Ellen Hori, Massage Therapist
Ellen is the mother of four grown children. She has done many things in her life, from living with a guerrilla Indian army in Central America to church secretary in Central New Jersey. Ellen is a 2007 graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in East Brunswick, NJ. She has been working as a massage therapist for the last four years and absolutely loves it. She feels that the energy and presence of the therapist is just as important as the actual massage techniques one uses. Her primary goal is to let the love and light of the Universe flow through her hands and heart. The types of massage Ellen does most are Integrative, deep tissue, pre-natal, reflexology, chair massage and hot stone therapy. Ellen is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is AMTA and New Jersey state certified.
Corinne Kaminsky, Massage Therapist. Corinne has been practicing massage therapy for six years. She studied massage at Somerset School of Massage Therapy (now the Cortiva Institute) and graduated in 2005. She has since gone on to study ayurvedic massage, a massage modality developed in India, hot stone massage, reflexology and various other spa therapies, including body wraps, body polishes, and aromatherapy services. Corinne is also a level one Reiki practitioner and is currently enrolled in a 200 hour yoga teacher training program. Corinne says... "My massage is probably most often described as deeply relaxing or meditative, but I certainly love to incorporate stretches and deeper massage techniques, when appropriate. The most important thing for me will always be to be sensitive to what is that a guest is really looking for, and honor that to the best of my abilities."
Maggie Mak, Massage Therapist, completed the 600 hour NJ massage therapy certification from Gentle Healing School of Massage in 2009. She is also certified in neuromuscular therapy, as well as Thai massage level I. Maggies offers services in integrated Swedish massage, deep tissue neuromuscular therapy, hot stone massage, pre-natal massage sports massage, reflexology, chair massage, body treatments, and ear candling.
Tom O’Connor, Massage Therapist, has been practicing massage therapy for 13 years. A graduate of The Somerset School of Massage Therapy, Tom has maintained a private practice over the past years, as well as being an instructor of Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, and other Related Massage Modalities. In addition to his ongoing massage training, Tom holds a bachelor's degree in biology/pre-med from the College of New Jersey. This combination of education and experience adds a deep level of musculoskeletal understanding to his work. It also contributes to the client/therapist rapport which positively affects the quality and lasting effects of the therapeutic massage experience. A certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Tom offers Deep, Therapeutic Neuromuscular Massage, Massage for Injury Rehabilitation and Chronic Pain Management, as well as Wellness Massage to reduce stress.
Mame Reynolds, Massage Therapist. Mame Reynolds is a 2006 graduate of Health Choices Holistic School for Massage. She is also certified in geriatric massage, hot stone massage, and Reiki I and II. In addition, she has completed three certification courses in myofacial release with John Barnes. Mame has been studying aikido since 1990 and instructs at the Princeton Y. The aikido principles of "ki" energy, posture, balance and positive mind have had a strong influence on her massage work. Mame offers sessions in Integrative Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone massage.
Laura Richardson, Massage Therapist. Laura is a graduate of a 690-hour program at Health Choices Holistic Massage School in Hillsborough, NJ, and is a primary instructor at Gentle Healing School of Massage in Cranbury, NJ. She has a unique ability to combine deep, therapeutic work with a soothing and relaxing experience. She specializes in providing intuitive sessions customized to each individual’s needs. Laura obtained her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and a Master’s from Rutgers University. She spent over 15 years working in healthcare in a corporate setting, and is passionate about helping people attain health through natural means. She also holds a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from Clayton College of Natural Health.
Barb Rodgers, Massage Therapist. Barb Rodgers holds a bachelor’ degree from Trenton State College/The College of New Jersey and massage certification from Health Choices Holistic Massage School.. A former special education teacher and fitness instructor, her background also includes hospice work and emergency hotline experience. While she is best known for her relaxation and stress reduction massage, she can provide deep work in areas, where it is needed.
Sharon Romano, Massage Therapist. Sharon Romano is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute School of Massage. She has been a medical assistant in Ob/Gyn fertility specialtiy and pediatrics for the past ten years. She offers a firm and flowing integrative massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, geriatric massage, cancer massage, pre-natal massage as well as onsite seated massage. Sharon designs her massages to cater to client’s specific problems. She specializes in head, neck, shoulders, headaches and migraines. Sharon absolutely loves her job as a healing massage therapist.

Preeti is a Certified Manual Lyphatic Drainage Therapist & Complete Decongestive Therapy Practitioner. Preeti is an India born experienced holistic Massage Therapist with an extensive educational background. She is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) & Complete Decongestive Therapy from Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. This therapy focuses on treatment of Lymphedema(swelling) due to Surgery (mastectomy etc..), helps in healing process, relieves from pain, improves immune system, promotes relaxation & detoxification, and more. She got a diploma in Acupressure and Reflexology in India through Open University of Sri Lanka. She graduated from Gentle Healing School of Massage, Cranbury NJ. She is trained in Rain-drop Technique from Health-Choices Holistic Massage Center. She is certified in Reiki Level I & II. She completed the Yoga Alliance registered training program in Hatha Yoga in June, 2007. In March 2011, she studied under Seane Corn and completed an Art of Vinyasa Flow teacher training. Denyse completed her 600 hour massage therapy certification in September, 2008. In March 2011, she studied under Taya Countryman and became certified in Structural Relief Therapy. She has worked as a massage therapist and has taught various level Yoga classes in a spa setting, Yoga studios, wellness centers, fitness facilities and in private practice. Denyse is a member of American Massage Therapy Association and is an AMTA certified massage therapist.

Mackenzie Goodwin, Esthetician. Mackenzie began her career in skin care at Rizzieri Aveda Institute, where she developed an appreciation for a holistic approach to beauty. Her passion for wellness motivates her to provide a customized therapeutic facial, promoting relaxation and renewal to help her clients achieve and maintain a radiant complexion. In addition, to facials, Mackenzie performs body treatments, facials and body waxing, as well as lash and brow tinting. She is also certified in Microdermabrasion. Mackenzie is a member of the Aestheticians International Association.
Kimberley Kelly, Spa Manager

Kimberley has been in the spa industry for over eleven years. Coming from the shore in South Jersey while working at casino spas, she has experience with some fantastic product lines, as well as with intense and corrective treatments. She has a full NJ cosmetology license, specializing in skin care. Kimberley is also well versed in full body hair removal techniques. When giving you the gentlest, yet most effective waxing service, she strives to make you feel comfortable and secure.

Heather has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, completing Yoga Teacher Training at Simply Yoga in 2010 under Carol Cook, David Thurn and Nagisa Manabe. she has studied with Joanne Carter, attended workshops with senior Iyengar teachers Kevin Gardiner, Bobbi Goldin and Dean Lerner, and completed Relax and Renew restorative training inder the supervision of Judith Hanson Lasater. Believing that every student is unique, she is forcused on alignment and use of props and modifications to allow the deepest learning, experience and benefit for each individual, and hopes to provide her students with the inspiration, information and encouragement to build and develop their own yoga practice.

Debbie Fetch, Yoga Instructor, Mat Pilates Instructor. Debbie first started practicing Yoga as a way to relieve stress and clear the mind but quickly discovered the challenges the practice can offer both physically and mentally. As a Psychology major and fitness instructor for close to 20 years, Yoga so beautifully combined the two. Shortly after her first class she decided to study Yoga through Yogafit's 200 hr program and became a Registered Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance. She continues to practice and study while teaching all levels of Yoga for beginners to very advanced yogis. She is also a classically trained and certified Pilates Instructor through Body Precision with over 700 hrs of training. Combining both her Yoga and Pilates training she focuses on alignment, breathing, flowing movement, and how “the mind controls the body” in all her teaching endeavors.
Kerry Kay, Meditation and Holistic Therapist. A lifelong student, Kerry has been down diverse paths, while simultaneously raising a family and building a computer software business. Leaving the business world some years ago afforded Kerry the opportunity to immerse herself in studies and practices that provide her with the necessary skills to be a compassionate and effective holistic health practitioner. Primary to her experience and learning have been energy healing, taiji, qigong, meditation, yoga, deep personal process, Argentine Tango and studies in Buddhism, Kabbalah and Christianity. Kerry is certified in Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, Integrated Kabbalistic Healing and Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations.
Joseph Sukotsy, Yoga Instructor.
Joseph is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. He began developing and interest in yoga around 2002. Soon after, he signed up for an introductory yoga series offered by Yogasphere in Newtown, PA. He then continued his practice in various studios in addition to a consistent home pracitice, which included hatha yoga as well as kundalini yoga. After 4 years of practice, he felt compelled to take his knowledge of yoga to the next level by enrolling in a teachers training course. He began the 200 hour teacher training at Inner Light Yoga Center with Tarra Madore, ERYT500 in 2009. After graduating in 2010, he immediately began to teach. He completed the kids teacher training with Lani Rosen-Gallagher in April of 2011 and hopes to begin the next stage of his development and complete the 500 hour teacher training. He is currently teaching yoga full time. Joseph has had the great fortune of having excellent teachers and hopes he can give back that knowledge to his students, as well as learn from them.
