The benefits of meditation are widely acknowledged these days. They include relaxation, reduced effects of stress on the mind and body, less anxiety, better memory, lower blood pressure, stronger decision making skills, and better focus. However, we cannot enjoy these benefits without doing meditation. Our class will demystify meditation as you will be introduced to a number of meditation practices which we will practice in the class. At the end of this 6 week series, you will be equipped to bring meditation into your daily life.
The series is taught by Kerry Kay, meditator, teacher, healer. Kerry enjoys sharing discoveries from her 20+ year journey exploring spiritual practices and systems and brings a relaxed style to her teaching.

~INTRO TO YOGA 4-WEEK SERIES WITH BRIAN CRITCHLEY~
Sundays 9:15-10:30am

This introductory class meets once per week for 4 consecutive weeks and will cover the foundations of yoga practice. This is the perfect class for those who are newer to yoga or who have practiced at home with a DVD. During the series students will learn the basics of breathing, foundational yoga postures (asanas), proper alignment, safe movement between poses, and deep relaxation. This class will help you start your yoga journey and prepare you for other classes on Onsen’s schedule.
Session start dates: 3/4
You cannot use a 10-Class card towards the Intro series.
Make up classes can be made up to 2 months after the missed class.
