~GUIDED MEDITATION~
Join us for a 6 week series with Kerry Kay starting 9/26/12 at 7:00pm
The benefits of meditation are widely acknowledged these days. They include relaxation, reduced effects of stress on the mind and body, less anxiety, better memory, lower blood pressure, stronger decision making skills and better focus. However, we cannot enjoy these benefits without doing meditation. Our class will demystify meditation as you will be introduced to a number of meditation practices which we will practice in the class. At the end of this 6 week series, you will be equipped to bring meditation into your daily life. The series is taught Kerry Kay, meditator, teacher, healer. Kerry enjoys sharing deicoveries from her 20+ year journey exploring spiritual practices
and systems and brings a relaxed style to her teaching.

This workshop in our “mini-retreat” series will focus on developing positive intentions for the new year, letting go of old habits and patterns that are no longer useful, and ushering in the type of growth you’d like to manifest in 2013. Retreat leaders Brian Critchley and Cynthia Yoder will facilitate several different styles of meditative practice like yoga, chant, silent meditation, guided inner journeying & yoga nidra.

Do you want to have a regular home yoga practice but feel like you have to have a DVD to make that happen? Join Heather Artman for this 3-hour workshop as she gives you the tools, techniques and knowledge you need to develop your own home practice without the reliance on DVDs,
books and internet sources.

~INTRO TO YOGA 4-WEEK SERIES WITH BRIAN CRITCHLEY~
Sundays 9:15-10:30am & Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm

This introductory class meets once per week for 4 consecutive weeks and will cover the foundations of yoga practice. This is the perfect class for those who are newer to yoga or who have practiced at home with a DVD. During the series students will learn the basics of breathing, foundational yoga postures (asanas), proper alignment, safe movement between poses, and deep relaxation. This class will help you start your yoga journey and prepare you for other classes on Onsen’s schedule.
You cannot use a 10-Class card towards the Intro series.
Make up classes can be made up to 2 months after the missed class.
