Dale Krieger, Founder. Dale Krieger founded Onsen for All based on his commitment to healthy living and a desire to provide an affordable opportunity for people from all walks of life to do the same. For more than 35 years he managed the finances of wealthy families through money management firms which he founded. Dale was born in 1950 and earned a B.A from Syracuse University. He lived in Princeton, New Jersey for more than 20 years with his wife Veronica and their family before his death in 2009.

Veronica Krieger, Ph.D., Proprietor Veronica Krieger’s professional background is in the field of education, with a PhD and MS in Reading Education from SUNY Albany, a BA in English Education from SUNY Oswego, and a number of years of teaching Reading in the public schools. She also was a Plain English editor of informational documents and brochures in NYC. Veronica is committed to carrying forward her husband’s legacy of providing a relaxed, affordable environment conducive to wellness, healing, and inner balance.
Gavin Krieger, Director of Marketing and Promotions. Gavin Krieger joined the Onsen For All founding team with an entertainment, events and new media background. A native New Yorker, living and working in Los Angeles, Miami and Princeton defines Gavin’s taste for culture, lifestyle and hospitality through wellness. Gavin is a graduate of the University of Southern California and is a Hun School of Princeton alum.
Lance Krieger, Corporate and Group Sales. Lance Krieger is responsible for corporate and group sales, the planning of, coordination and selling of large groups such as corporate events, parties, and weddings. Sales are on an individual appointment basis and group rate soak and treatment basis. Lance comes from an entertainment industry background where he started his career in the William Morris Agency in 2007. He is a graduate of Stanford University in 2005 and the Lawrenceville School in 2001.
Viktor Bek, Licensed Massage Therapistis a graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy where he received certification in Swedish massage, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, Shiatsu, Advanced Anatomy, Kinesiology and Neurology. He is certified as a Newborn Infant Massage instructor, has received additional training in neuromuscular therapy and hospice care, and is a certified instructor of the Rossiter System which he teaches throughout the East Coast and abroad. He has been an instructor with the Massage Therapy Program at Mercer County Technical School since 2003 and a LEKI certifed Nordic walking instructor since 2006. A native of Croatia, Viktor was actively involved for over a decade in the ministry, receiving degrees in Philosophy (Rome, Italy) and Theology (Zagreb, Croatia) and pursuing graduate study in History and Ecumenism (Munich, Germany). He draws upon his broad experience and training to offer clients the work they need--whether it is deep concentrated work on specific areas or dedicating time to relax and connect all into wholeness.
Rochelle Blank-Zimmer is concerned with America’s health. “Too often, we find ourselves making 'unnatural choices' when it
comes to food and nutrition”. Dangerous health conditions can and do result from dishonest food industry practices,
pharmaceutical over- marketing and disingenuous media “information” which keeps people ignorant about the dangers lurking in
their daily diet of processed, chemicalized and sugar-drenched foods.
As a Holistic Health Counselor, and Writer for a National Health Column, Rochelle specializes in whole body health through
excellent nutrition and nourishing daily life choices. She teaches us about conscious eating with plant based organic food,
emotional eating, and achieving your ideal weight. With an intuitive holistic approach to nourishing oneself, she speaks
passionately about how you can claim optimum health throughout your life by eating real food and embracing sustainable green
lifestyle choices. Additionally she spreads her life saving wisdom through public speaking, and Vegetarian, Vegan and Raw Food
cooking classes.
Rochelle holds a degree from NYU as well as the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied with acclaimed leaders in the
field of holistic health. She also holds a certificate in nutrition and coaching from the Teachers College Columbia University in
NYC.

Carolyn Cohen, M.S., Massage Therapist is holistic health practitioner integrating bodywork, yoga, acupuncture & nutrition in her private practice for the past 13 years. Recently relocated from San Francisco, California, she specializes in Deep Tissue and Thai Massage at Onsen for All. Her bodywork sessions address structural asymmetries as well as the causes of muscular patterns on multiple levels. She uses slow, steady pressure to facilitate the body's ability to release holding and tension. In her Master's Massage, she combines her expertise with yoga and acupressure, along with passive stretches, active-release technique, and focused deep work in key areas such as the neck, hips and low back.
Carolyn studied Thai Massage in Thailand, holds a Master's degree in Chinese Medicine, is a Senior Teacher of AcroYoga (Flying Partner Yoga) & Vinyasa Yoga, and has been a dedicated yogini for over 15 years. Carolyn's background includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a year spent teaching and traveling around the globe, yoga studies in India, partner acrobatic performing, vegetarian catering and vegan baking. She teaches workshops on Thai Massage, the Yoga of Food, AcroYoga and more.
Ryah Dekis, is a 500 level Hatha Yoga Teacher registered with the The Yoga Alliance. She is certified to teach Hatha, kids yoga, pre/post-natal, power, chakra, Vinyasa flow, gentle, corporate, couples and private sessions. She received her yoga training (both 200 and 500 hour) from Tracey Ulshafer from One Yoga Center; she also has studied with Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and Anodea Judith. Ryah is member of IAYT-International Association of Yoga Therapists. With an extensive background in classical ballet and with over 13 years of personal experience with yoga she wants to help those in her classes make yoga a daily habit. Ryah believes everyone can find their own personal positive relationship with yoga.
Kerry Kay . A lifelong student, Kerry has been down diverse paths while simultaneously raising a family and building a computer software business. Leaving the business world some years ago afforded Kerry the opportunity to immerse herself in studies and practices that provide her with the necessary skills to be a compassionate and effective holistic health practitioner. Primary to her experience and learning have been energy healing, taiji, qigong, meditation, yoga, deep personal process, Argentine Tango and studies in Buddhism, Kabbalah and Christianity. Kerry is certified in Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, Integrated Kabbalistic Healing and Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations.
Andrzej Leszczinski is a practitioner and teacher of many different forms of energy healing. His passion is in adapting traditional healing techniques to modern times and helping people to use them. His experience and training include Shiatsu, Zen meditation, Qi Gong and other energy techniques of the oriental tradition. He has developed his own system of teaching and healing that embraces his broad experience and knowledge. Andrzej is a graduate of the Ohashi Institute of New York, and has been practicing and teaching shiatsu in central New Jersey since 2001.
Susan Martinez is a graduate of Rutgers University. She graduated with Highest Honors and honors in Spanish. She has studied and practiced mind-body spirit- healing modalities since 1981. Susan is a traditional certified Usui Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor and Spiritual Counselor. She is also a certified high school Spanish teacher. Susan has found great satisfaction and meaning in her own life’s journey through the practice and teaching of Reiki and yoga and she is honored to share what she has learned with others. She has not only trained in the healing arts and in yoga, but has also trained in mindfulness meditation and the martial arts. Susan has taught at Raritan Valley Community College, In Balance Center for Living, Princeton Center for Yoga and Health, Studio Zen, Arbor Glen, The Body Shop Fitness Center and the Tao Center. She has also taught for the Flemington ecreation Department.
Mame Reynolds, Massage Therapist. Mame Reynolds is a 2006 graduate of Health Choices Holistic School for Massage. She is also certified in geriatric massage, hot stone massage, and Reiki I and II. In addition, she has completed 3 certification courses in Myofascial Release with John Barnes. Mame has been studying aikido since 1990 and is now instructing at Princeton Y. The aikido principles of "ki" energy, posture, balance and positive mind have had a strong influence on her massage work. Mame offers sessions in Integrative Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone massage.
Barb Rodgers, Massage Therapist. Barb Rodgers holds a bachelor’s degree from Trenton State College/The College of New Jersey and massage certification from Health Choices Holistic Massage School.. A former special education teacher and fitness instructor, her background also includes hospice work and emergency hotline experience. While she is best known for her relaxation and stress reduction massage, she can provide deep work in areas where it is needed.
Sharon Romano, Massage Therapist. Sharon Romano is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute School of Massage. She offers a firm and flowing Integrative Massage, DeepTissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage as well as numerous spa therapies and onsite seated massage.
Preeti Singal, NJ Certified Massage Therapist and Reflexologist. Preeti graduated from Gentle Healing School of Massage in Cranbury, NJ. She is a diploma holder in Acupressure and Reflexology from India. Preeti offers relaxation massage, integrative massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, chair massage, Spa treatments, Acupressure and reflexology. With so many years of experience, Preeti has evolved her own techniques of mixing and matching various styles of treatment to suit the healing needs of her clients. She is also a Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist.
Sunita Yadav is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. She understands the importance for mind, body, and spirit balance and connection. She understands the importance of a daily yoga practice and hopes to help others make yoga a habit. She worked for many years in the corporate world with a post graduate degree in Hospitality but finally decided to pursue this path of holistic healing – now her passion, then her dormant dream.
Through her life journey Sunita has cultivated a true passion for helping others embody yoga with an understanding that we are all on our own life path and we all obtain something unique through our holistic yoga practice. She teaches children, special needs children, pre/post natal, gentle, couples, private, corporate and Vinayasa flow classes. Her classes teach to look inside, to appreciate and accept who you are as an individual, to know your limitation and strive for improvement at your own pace. Her classes encourage students to be guided from within, to practice with compassion and self-awareness.
